A New Life for So Many Obsessions

I've been posting over on Peachy Saving for a long while now. This little blog was left up because the title really suits me and I wanted to keep it.

After months of nothingness, I've found a new purpose for this blog.

The title, So Many Obsessions, came from my manic obsession with learning new hobbies. Over the years I've pursued crochet, knitting, scrapbooking, home decor, making hair bows, building/reconstructing furniture, I tried my hand at (and failed) painting, "trash to treasure" type projects, fiction writing, couponing, and my passion (and longest running hobby), sewing. And reading.

My last day as a working mother is tomorrow, Thursday December 15th. From then on, my focus will be my family and my home. Finding harmony and organization in what has been chaos for years.

And of course, making pretty things. Oh, and my latest obsession: Photography.

Peachy Saving is UP AND RUNNING!

Unfortunately, I have to ask my RSS readers to subscribe to a new feed :-(

Subscribe here: http://feeds.feedburner.com/PeachySaving

Email subscribers, I'm pretty sure you're fine and won't have to resubscribe or change anything.

Please update your favorites to the new site. I won't be updating So Many Obsessions for too much longer - mainly just to get everyone moved.

All my old posts here are now available on Peachy Saving.

Moving Day Has Come!!! Eeeep!

As it turns out, creating a nice blog from scratch - with absolutely no prior knowledge of web development and only basic graphic design skills - isn't as easy as I thought it'd be.

But after two months of hard work, headaches, reading, learning, frustration, more learning, trial and error - mostly error - and unrelenting persistence (or stubbornness?), my new website is READY!!!!!!!!!

The new website will not be available at all as I get things moved, but you'll know as soon as it's ready. Nothing is going to be removed from So Many Obsessions quite yet, but it will eventually go away since everything will be on Peachy Saving.

RSS and email subscriptions shouldn't be interrupted. You might see some annoying 'Test' posts, so my apologies in advance. :-)
